TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All rates are nett and inclusive of service charge and current 7 % VAT.
• Rates are inclusive of breakfast.
• There is no charge for maximum of up to 2 children under 12 years of age sharing room with adult(s) utilizing existing beds. However, there is a compulsory charge of 200 Baht per child for breakfast.
• Baby cot FREE of charge.
• Check – In 14:00 hrs.
• Check – Out 12:00 hrs.
• Visa, Master, Amex, Diners card accepted.

TRANSFER RATES

One way transfer between Samui airport/pier and hotel at 300 Baht net / per person (minimum of 2 adults per/way).

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

• In order for us to secure the booking we required a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night stay. The remaining balance will be payable direct to the hotel.
• Wedding Packages require a 30 % advance non-refundable deposit up on confirmation.
• Weddings cancelled after the arrival date will be charged in full.
• Deposit will not be refundable for NO SHOW.
• Early check out, 1 additional night will be charged, payable direct to the hotel upon departure.
